We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Salesforce projects and client management. The ideal candidate can effectively manage multiple projects, communicate with U.S.-based clients, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with stakeholders, gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
- Coordinate with Salesforce developers, architects, and consultants to ensure projects align with business needs.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or PMP certification.
- Background in Salesforce development or architecture (hands-on technical knowledge is a plus).
- Experience managing offshore or nearshore teams.
- Knowledge of Workato, Mulesoft, or other integration tools.
