About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer based in Latin America with experience working on U.S.-based projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration. This role will involve working with U.S.-based clients, building and maintaining Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, Mulesoft, or other middleware.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical solutions, system design, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Proven experience working on U.S.-based projects, collaborating with teams across different time zones.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of Heroku, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integrations.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
